"On our way home on a Friday evening we decided to get Pizza, we decided not to go to others places because we liked the idea of Hot N Ready and could be in and out and home quick with the kids. Apparently Hot N Ready does not exist anymore. Despite the giant sign. I was only told my pepperoni pizza and crazy bread was not ready and would take 15 minutes after I paid. The only benefit of little Caesar’s was the hot and ready. Now that it is no longer an option I will go to the better tasting pizza places. Update: got home and my crazy breadsticks, had a grand total of three breadsticks. My family of four could not even have a breadstick each. I do not recommend going here. Do yourself a favor and go to the plethora of pizza places within a mile or two."
"The service here is absolutely atrocious. I came in 15 minutes before closing and was greeted by rude attitudes and rude remarks when trying to order. I ordered one pizza with extra pepperoni on one side. Nothing fancy or extra. I also ordered a cheesy bread. When I got home after the almost 20 minute wait I find that my cheesy bread is more pizza sauce than cheese and on the inside box the crew wrote a large “why?” My pizza was burnt as well. Needless to say after seeing that my food had been clearly tampered with I refused to eat it out of fear of what might else have been done to it. I remember the employees that served me and will be returning to talk to the management about the incident since I saw that there was a manager on duty that allowed this to occur. Very displeased and will be seeking further action."
"Order pizza and cheesy bread. they had the audacity to write “WHY!” in the top of my breadstick box. i am very disappointed and unsatisfied with their service tonight. don’t even want the $20 worth of food anymore"
"Most of the time it’s alright, but every once in a while I get a really weird pizza that’s cut fairly bad and just messed up. Lil Caesar’s should pay their workers enough so they don’t cut it all weird"
"I ordered 3 pizzas and all 3 of them were undercooked. One of my pizzas didn’t even have dough underneath it. Called multiple times and no one ever picked up the phone. Super unprofessional!"
