"I'm from out of state, visiting my son. He recommended this place for coffee! Oh my goodness, coffee was spot on and the atmosphere was very nice. Friendly staff. We also had breakfast. My son ordered a breakfast burrito, which he said was really good and portion was big. I ordered traditional eggs, sausage potatoes, toast. All so good! Loved this place and when I am back again, I will definitely be back! Jacksonville is a quaint town with beautiful country setting. ❤"
"Great coffee! Great pastry the pecan crumble is a fantasy (run it thru the toaster by the water dispenser) this is another must stop along with the ice cream shop across the street. Both are old fashioned saloon style eatery with high ceilings. This is a great stop on the way to and from the forest. Our group hit this every time we pass through Jacksonville. The near by shops and historic buildings are part of the national registry of historic landmarks."
