"My IONIQ 5 charge finished almost successfully. But, after I removed the cable and drove away, my phone app still said I was connected to the charger. Re-installing the app, calling ElectrifyAmerica and submitting a complaint via their app did no good. According to their app, my car has been charging non-stop for over two weeks. Consequently, I can not charge at any other EA stations. This charging station shows to be shut down for maintenance at this Tigard location, but that's been the case for several days now."
"Just got an BMW I4 in Mid November, this station is right about a mile away. You get a membership with part of the deal of many new EV's with Electrify America and BMW is one. Try to go after Thanksgiving and 2 machines are rebooting and unavailable. Got to a third and it would not take my member code, no one answered the help number listed after five minutes I just gave up and paid for 26 minute charge and it's not too bad. Go back this week after Christmas and guess what half the machines are down. Maybe get some people out here guys to make sure your machines are not down during mid day during peak traveling times and answer your phones. Update: 1/11/2023: While the stations worked the last two times I am not seeing speeds advertised. For example I am supposed to be able to get a 200 kW charge on a 350kw Super Charger. What happens is you plug in, hope that the machine actually gets your member info, starts at 185k, jumps down to 176, down to 156. I got 156 for a little over 10 minutes and then it went to 76 where it stayed the rest of the time. These stations are much slower in my experience than what they advertise. You are supposed to go from near 0 to 80% in under 30 minutes. I could never imagine that happening on these machines. Best I ever get is about 50% charge in about 30. Updated 10/6/2023: Okay it's finally close to what is advertised. I plugged into the 350kw and finally got 200 for a few minutes. And the curve I would expect from the I4. I charged from 15% to 61% in about 22 minutes and the curve was excellent. I hope EA starts to get it's act together more as a lot of companies are partnering and this is what you would expect from what is advertised."
"# of chargers is misleading. It is actually total of transfer cables: so 2x 350w, 5x 150w, and a Chademo/ccs combo charger (8 total). The 350s average 70-120 kW, so make sure to grab a 150w when/if you come here. Those average 140-180kW, if they work. Maintenance of the chargers here is infrequent and the Walmart is kinda sparse for a pit stop. Parking/pulling in to the chargers is easier than most locations, however."
"Just left the bank of chargers where most were open. Was unsuccessful at 3 different ones. 2 wouldn’t work due to network issues at the terminal, the third went through then had some charging error and never started. Not worth visiting a Wal Mart parking lot for 3/8 functional chargers. Mustang Mach E"
