"1000% would recommend. I came in with a whole mess of tire related problems. A Bent Rim, miss matching tires where none of the treads matched, and a toddler who needed to run hot laps around the empty store. The Employees listened to my concerns and help me come up with a reasonable solution, the service was great! Employees in the front and back were amazing with my kid. (seriously management should give raises to everyone! )"

"I have been to this location twice and received outstanding service each time. On my most recent visit, Jasper went out of his way to ensure that I was not only taken care of, but taken care of the same day, which is a pretty big ask when I came in with a rental car with a cracked rim. This location is always at capacity and still manages to keep each customer happy and ensure they are satisfied. I can happily recommend this tire shop to anyone needing tires or wheels."

Had an issue and they immediately addressed my concern and took care of it despite my bad attitude! Be nice to these guys! They’re the best and should be given a raise! "A friend of mine recommended this location. I am a big fan of discount tire co, they always have great service. This location was less than ideal tho. I measured my wear at 4/32 (wildpeak at3w) hoping to swap out my tires before winter and get a couple bucks in rebate (55k warranty on the tire, 45k on them), but at the counter they assured me it was 5/32. No deal on that. They got the tires mounted, balanced, and installed quickly. Unfortunately they did a pretty rough job of cleaning em up afterward. For $1000 set of tires you hope that the team can at least get em cleaned up for ya on the way out. I have had much better luck with service at the Clackamas location."

"Friendly service, fast wheel and tire swap. They are usually very busy in the afternoons, and parking is very limited (which results in double parking). I picked out a set of wheels that I saw from their website, they didn't have all of those wheels in stock so they had to order them. When they arrived, I didn't like the look as much as I thought I would (there were ten holes in the center instead of five) it can be tough to see that from the photo online, the sales rep kindly ordered a different set for me. When spending that much money you really want to make sure that you like the end result, I was happy that they were able to do that second order for me. The second set came mislabeled, so we rescheduled our appointment for a third time and I had them on my car the next day. They were all super nice and professional. I understand that sometimes parts come mislabeled. I never once felt like my time was being wasted. If you can avoid the crowd of the afternoons and get in in the morning then I would recommend this place for new wheels or just for tires."
