"They are absolutely amazing. I inched my way in from 2 me back I had a completely flat tire no money and a donut in the trunk! Plus I have an older car and the padding in the door jamb in the bolt wiggled completely out and the pads fell out and were gone and my driver's side door wouldn't close without the padding replacement and the bolt tightened down! They did all of that for free to make sure that me and my family were safe on the road! Thank You LES SCHWAB! YOU'RE MY HERO"

"Brooklyn, Zaid, and Kevin went above and beyond the standard to ensure my Volvo and its spare tire were well taken care of. I appreciate Kevin speaking with his manager Brooklyn to ensure the price quoted over the phone was the price I ended up being charged. I appreciate Zaid coming out to talk to me and make sure that they had all the necessary information regarding the spare tire change and mount, and that I was happy! He also went above and beyond to check my vehicle out before I begin my cross country drive to Florida! Thanks again guys! Happy holidays!"

"I brought my car in to the Tigard location on Greenberg. My light on my dash said low tire pressure. I got there right before five. I called before to let them know I was coming spoke with a girl at the front desk who was not very pleasant… I said, I’m on my way. When I got there, I explained to her I was the one that called she took my keys, and proceeded to wait. When they did call me that my car was ready I spoke with the gentleman by my car. He said there’s no indication that anything is wrong with your tires. They were a little low on air. We refilled them the lights out. You’re on your way. He didn’t even look for a nail to be in my tire. Anything all he was interested was getting me on my way. I’m not used to that service at Les Schwab. My light is back on but guess what I’m not going back to the store. I’m going back to my store Where I’ve done my service before . He didn’t take the time to check my tires and rainy conditions to make sure that I didn’t have a nail in my tire, which is very upsetting to me. Things just have not been the same since this company got bought out. Very disappointed, and it was pouring rain. He did not go the extra mile because it was late at night, but for my safety, he should’ve. Will never use the location at Washington Square mall in Tigard Or again. I’ve been a loyal customer to Les Schwab for over 30 years not just an Oregon, but in Boise, Idaho & So California. I understand times are tough as far as getting people to work, but you need somebody at the front counter that can smile at least, and show a little friendliness!!!!! You need to get your “good “customer service back again."

"After Leslie Bishop Schwab died in 2007, I was surprised the company held out till 2029 to sell to an investment group for $3,000,000 (3 billion). Les is a Oregon grown hero, in my opinion, who’s stores single handedly put customer service ‘on the map’. Even with all the shake up, I’m still a loyal customer and continue to get great service! I never feel oversold or up-charged, even when I know the drill. Kudos to the assistant manager who’s name is escaping me."

"I came here for an issue of handle vibration. They recommend to do 4 tire alignment. I spend hundreds of dollars on replacing something before they can do the 4 tires alignment. After the work done, my car is still having the same issues. Today, I went there again, and they told me it should be rotor issues, and recommended me to replace 4 rotors. I said why you do not tell me it is rotor issue at first place. Now, I spend more than a thousand dollars on fixing my wheels vibration issue. Not recommend at this location."
