Cassidy answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and there was no heavy pressure to get me in there. When we got there everything was already ready to go for the test drive. Cassidy was very friendly and was an awesome salesperson. I didn't get that "lot hawk" vibe from him at all. The entire process was incredibly smooth and fast. Second shout out goes to Erik, he was very laid back while still being professional. This guy made paperwork fun somehow. Every staff interaction was positive, no matter how small. "Gresham Subaru is the most convenient dealership to buy a Subaru from, and they are also very price competitive. Their inventory has a super selection to view online. I called on Thursday. After a couple of short discussions over the phone, a very competitive price was negotiated. Then Gresham Subaru spent around 30 - 45 minutes driving a new Outback to my front door for I could test drive it. Their sales representative, Marco, was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and just a real people person. The car was beautiful, however, I decided I wanted a different trim package in the same color. The renegotiation for a different Outback only took a few minutes, the price again was very competitive, and the transaction was all conveniently done in my driveway. We then agreed to complete the transaction the next day. On Friday, Marco arrived at our front door with another beautiful Outback. We signed the purchase documents. Marco also walked us through the car's options and how to operate the car's technology features. When he was finished, the dealership picked him up. "Fabian was absolutely fantastic! I truly can't say enough good things about him and my experience at Gresham Subaru! I had a couple negative experiences at a previous Nissan dealership that really left me jaded and untrusting. I was in a situation where I needed a new car, and I decided for the very first time, I wanted a NEW car. I have always purchased used prior so wanted something absolutely NEW. I had reached out to several dealerships and was being very particular because of my prior experiences. From the absolute beginning, Fabian made me comfortable and answered all my questions quickly and honestly, without any run around or issues.
