"Positive review before. I forgot to update this. About 1 or two years ago was my last dealing with Houston. He installed a programmer into my truck and ruined my transmission. When confronted about it he yelled at me in the store and then wanted to take it outside to fight. Screaming and yelling and putting me down infront of his employees. I followed his outside and as soon as the door closed he apologized. He has no clue how the tunes work for the vehicles he puts them in nor does he have a direct contact for the tunes to get problems solved."
"Had a great experience at Superior Off-road adding a leveling kit & 3” block on my truck. Dustin provided me with good feedback on what I wanted to install as well as competitive pricing. Houston was very helpful the day of and resolved problems without being asked. Everyone has dealt with the 4-wheel guys telling you ‘what you really want’, didn’t get any of that from Superior off-road. They are very busy, but I would highly recommend them."
"Went and got airbags installed on my truck here. Maybe almost every price around and did a good job. Been running them now for a couple of weeks and everything seems to work great. The dog approves of the smoother ride. They’re pretty conveniently located just outside of Greshem off the highway and if you want to drop your truck off after hours, they have a key drop box which is really nice."

"Houston was great with price and install time - however when i started having issues with the products, I feel like I was on my own - I finally got in contact with Him and he replaced the faulty product. My issues have finally been resolved. I am satisfied with the outcome, but I shouldn't have had to wait this long for a solution."
