"DISHONEST AUTO is more like it! Don't even bother with these jokers. I brought my car in because I was having trouble with my starter. They kept my car for 2 days and called to tell me that it hadn't given them a problem and there wasn't anything else they could do. I went to pick it up and they charged me 187.00 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!! I was a regular customer and have spent countless dollars with these guys but wow what a ridiculous bill....170.00 for a "ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS" as well as 11.00 for shop supplies plus a 6.00 hazardous materials charge. WHAT THE HELL??? FOR FINDING NOTHING WRONG??? I would have understood a fee for keeping my car overnight or having to pay a mechanic to go turn the engine over a couple of times but I had just had a 21 point inspection with them which and so I didn't think I was going to be charged almost 200.00 and leave with the problem unsolved. What a total scam. I won't ever recommend them or take my cars back again. Absolutely terrible business ethics and practices."
