Firestone Complete Auto Care 2105 Northeast Burnside Road, Gresham, OR 97030

"I recently had a flat tire. I was scheduled to be 100 miles away in two hours. I walked into this store and asked if they had time to patch a tire. They said yes no problem. I gave them the keys to my truck and told them I would be back in 15 minutes. I get back to the Firestone store just under 20 minutes later, they have my truck inside and what they call a technician is fooling around under the hood of my truck instead of working on the tire. I told the manager at the counter that I didn't want anything done under the hood. He proceeded to tell me that Firestone technicians were getting their hands cut off because they weren't working under the hood of the cars instead of doing tires. Then they pull my truck out and give me my keys because it was going to take a couple of hours. I left with my flat tire. Unfortunately one of them dropped their phone in my truck. A couple hours later they are blowing up my phone asking me to drive back to Gresham. Unfortunately I had previous obligations. Long story short they asked me to wait for them in the Dallas. When I gave them the phone back I was told next time I needed a tire fixed that I should do it myself. Now considering the fact that the people at this particular location I wouldn't let repair a tire on a bicycle I will be doing my tires myself. It really is sad that a person can't get the service they ask for any more. My family has been loyal to Firestone for over five generations. I just don't think we will be able to continue. I would think that Firestone would have more competent people running it's store's. I have looked at several posts about this store and would think that Firestone should maybe do something before they loose any more customers."

"Just a warning. Check your oil caps when leaving Firestone in Gresham. Feb 17th, I went to get ONLY my alignment and change my tires on my 2022 Outlander. Took three hours. I had my 4yr old with me. As we were leaving it smelt strong exhaust. I thought maybe bc it’s was in the shop for awhile. I went for dog food a few miles away and still smelt that strong exuast only when I used the heater. That same evening my partner checked and oil all over my motor. I called them the next morning. They cleaned it up another hour wait and they said there’s no codes that come up. (Hoping not issues in the future). I noticed days after my alignment is still not correct and pulling to the right. I took it back on Feb 24th. They fixed it but still slightly pulls to the right and steering wheel not straight. At this point, I lost my trust, patience and lost out on money for the alignment."

"I had the best experience getting my tire replaced thanks to Naomi. She went above and beyond what was required, is great at communication, and was so helpful. Car issues are stressful and she treats the customer with care. Firestone is lucky to have her!"

"Got a set of 285/70/17 Destination MT2's here for $1,384 without the warranty (would have been over $1,600) costco has the exact same tires for $1,279 with a five year warranty included. But they had them in stock, I wasn't particularly happy that it took three hours to put four tires on with an appointment, but they were installed correctly. 4/5 for pricing and time. Otherwise good shop."

"I was driving to our favorite trail on beautiful sunny New Year Day when suddenly I started having car issues. Firestone was the only place open out of all the places I called. Not only they fixed my car on that same day, but they also moved me to the earlier appointment so I could still go and enjoy my hike. My doggies and I were very happy."
