"I was struggling, my phone was dead, I was hours from home and had no idea how to get back to my airbnb in Portland. I called multiple enterprises and they were all slammed, under a lot of stress, and folding under pressure. I managed to get a lyft to the Wilsonville, OR enterprise. There was a sweet lady there named Tiana who was working all by herself! They were booked up with reservations, had no cars available, the phone was ringing off the hook non-stop the entire time, and she still managed to keep a cool head, a friendly tone, and overall positive vibe! She was super helpful, super patient with me while I was obviously very stressed, and even let me borrow a phone charger. I ended up getting a nice camaro to use and only had to wait 30 minutes. That woman needs a raise. It's rare to find people who strive for excellence and go above and beyond to help the customers. This review isn't even as much for enterprise as it is for Tiana. Thanks for saving my trip, making me feel heard, and restoring my faith in humanity! Highly reccomend this location to anyone who wants top notch service!"

"Worst service I could ever get! Went in to Artistic Auto Body to have my parents car worked on. My mom Accidentally forgot her purse in the loaner vehicle when we dropped it off. Called the same day and left a voicemail. No one followed up so I called again In The morning and spoke to someone who said they’d get a hold of me once they had more info. So we drove there, Apparently the manager of the store had to take the vehicle home, but she was in meetings so she couldn’t get back to him. Once again no one followed up so I called again and they said that they were gonna have it back by 5. Fast forward to 5pm, still the manager had not gotten back and she apparently had her phone in do not disturb for 12 hours. So my mom drove from Canby to Wilsonville for someone to tell me that they hadn’t gotten the purse yet. Long story short the manager Tania said it wasn’t her fault and that it was my fault because she couldn’t get to me earlier even though I had gave them a heads up the day before. I request that Enterprise General manager give me a call to get my parents gas paid for because we drove there 2 times and the manager nor the guy that helped us early morning were any help. This is terrible service!"

"Love this particular Enterprise. I've rented 3 vehicles and each time they have been professional and friendly. They clearly explain your contract, give you an actual price and no hidden fees. Vehicles are clean and well maintained and they do an inspection before you take possession of the rental and on return. Highly recommend."
