Definitely knows her stuff and gets the job done for her customers. She also was able to get me in for a tire rotation by working with the service team saving me an extra trip. Michael was my advisor for the tire rotation and he was affable and direct. I look forward to having him service my car again."

"I was disappointed that i did not receive a detailed multi point inspection report, I was not satisficed with the way I was continued greeted by the service staff. When I schedule an Appt for a service I expect it to be completed in a reasonalible amount of time not 2-3 hours, I made an appt for a reason. I feel like i had to pressure the staff to complete the service in a reasonible amount of time. Then not even a few days later my service light came on, something I would have been addressed during my visit. Also, it is a very bad business practice that your prices on your website that i made the reservation on was not what i was required to pay when i picked up my car for the exact service that was completed. I sent feedback in response to their survey request and got no response, I won't be back to this Toyota Service dept."
