"Shoutout to this location that had more appointments available before a snow storm happening on the weekend! I snagged a 5:15 pm slot for a tire changeover. It took about an hour. No stress, everything went smoothly. Reasonable price for the changeover. Always make an appointment! Walk ins are welcome but you will wait for a lot longer than planned."

"Excellent service. I had been to another tire place earlier in the day and they unexpectedly could not install the tire model I wanted. I called these folks at 4:30 in the afternoon, asking if they could possibly install that night and they said 'bring it over, we will get it done even if we have to stay a little later.'. I brought my truck and they did a wonderful job of first evaluating my tires, giving me good solid advice on what path to take, then brought it in the bay. The team was a wonder to behold - several guys, all working like an F1 racing team on my truck to get the big tires installed. They seriously LOOKED like an F1 racing team they way they all moved and worked as a team. They even put in a spare tire for me under the truck. They stayed until 6:20, 20 minutes past closing to get my truck done, and for this I wish I could give them six stars because they deserve it! These guys are also very professional and friendly. I just moved into the area, and I'll be back for more tires and great service in the years to come."

"Wow. Not only did I get a same day appointment for new tires I desperately needed, but they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes!! I was gifted a car that had sat for almost three years on old snow tires that were uncomfortable and unsafe. I had originally planned on getting tires at a competitor but the ability to get a nice set of new tires on the same day at an awesome price sealed the deal. Every person I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. The store was clean and the waiting area was more comfortable than I expected. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a really long time. I truly expected to be there a while as they seemed pretty busy and making a same day appointment at a tire shop usually means they’re squeezing you in. I left being so surprised and impressed but was worried they cut corners to get me out so quickly. I can happily say that after about 100 miles of driving on the new tires they did a stellar job. Thank you for all the help! I can’t recommend this store enough!"

"Always a pleasant experience! They were busy this time (holiday/winter season) but still got me in and out (with an appointment) in under an hour and a half. Update: first, I buy way too many tire sets here (but for good reasons). Just got new shoes for my Tacoma and, as usual, Discount Tire delivered. I ordered tires online, got an appointment for the following day, and was out in an hour and a half. Work was done properly and I'm (still) a happy camper."
