And rather than try to sell me the part over the counter without everything needed to steal my identity, they let me leave upset. I regret buying my car here if this is how they treat you when you need a part."

But it's the little things that impress. In particular, the fellow that cleaned up my car after the service work was outstanding. I mean the car looked like it had been detailed inside and out.
