"The service was fine, but the cost was outrageous. We were not quoted pricing, but we had $46 in parts and it took less than 2 hours and our final bill was $525. When I called and spoke to an owner about the $250/hr labor bill they were unapologetic. I really try to use local people, but I feel the pricing here is way out of line. I am fairly certain that they do a great job, so there is that. Just beware of pricing and get a quote before you have them work on your appliances. Edit: I made it clear that we were not provided pricing before or during the service call. We were provided a bill at the end of the call, which I even mentioned on the phone. Lets not pretend that we were quoted and then complained about the pricing later. I would never do that and I don't appreciate you inferring that."

"First time working with Umpqua Appliance for my refrigerator that was going out. They dispatched someone quickly (next day). The tech was on time and friendly. Unfortunately, the "fix" he did didn't end up working. They offered to send someone out again the following week, but the timeline didn't work for us so we ended up having to go another route and purchase a new fridge from Lowe's. I was unhappy with a couple of the charges, but the manager was great and he worked with me to make it right. Thanks!"

"My ice maker was malfunctioning and they were able to come and diagnose it and order the part. A few days later it was installed and everything works fine now. The staff was friendly and worked hard to help us as affordable and quickly as possible."

"We purchased a new gas range from Ferguson and the glass oven door was accidentally broken when we installed it. I knew that it wouldn't be covered by warranty, but Ferguson reached out to Umpqua Appliance to help us with repair. They responded rapidly, (within minutes) the new OEM part was ordered, and I was tentatively scheduled for the repair. I was contacted when the part arrived and the appointment was confirmed. The phone app was fantastic! It sent me notifications on the technicians location, name, photo, vehicle make, model and license plate. James was very friendly and completed the work and left everything spotless. He gave me a quick tutorial on my other appliances, and tips on proper maintenance. He is a great technician and I will be requesting him personally for any future needs. I'm very impressed with the overall experience and wanted to share my praise for all of your employees who gave me top notch care! I place a high value on the way a business operates.
