"We have been hearing about this restaurant for years. So we had the absolute pleasure of dining at the Grant’s Pass location. Our server, Emma was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This restaurant is lucky to have such an amazing employee. The food is so tasty, the portions are very generous, the decor so cute and warm, and the service was great! We’ll done everyone. We plan on finding another location during our travels."
"So disappointed. I went to get clam chowder, found out they finally brought their prime rib back. So excited. I ordered 2. This was a to go order. Ron was a great server, the general manager was great. I got home to find my prime rib was over cooked. I called the restaurant and spoke with a Matthew apparently the Assistant manager, and he was no help stated that the whole rib roast was cooked that way. I went back to down and returned the food for a refund. However after driving in, going home, and back in to town. No compensation for the inconvenience of making me go out of my way to rectify their error. Definitely not going back again"
"Went in for breakfast, my boyfriend and I thought it was very delicious! Pancakes were great! Shared this plate between two, it was more than enough for us, took one pancake to mount Shasta, it was even more delicious couple hours later haha Haven’t been to this restaurant chain. I loved the decor."
"It was a Friday morning and only two staff members in the front of house. And the man was running around really doing the very best he could. My sausage and pan cakes were great. My wife’s over east eggs were really small. Her bacon. Well two pieces were over cooked and two were under cooked."
"We came here for brunch, and it was a subpar experience. We were greeted and sat down, and it was going well. We ordered our food, and it was delivered in a timely manner. When we got our food the waitress up and left and didn't come back to ask us at all how the food was. My sandwich was okay, nothing too special, the bacon was probably the best part of my whole meal and was delicious. The potatoes were burnt and tasted pretty bland. My partner ordered chicken tenders and fries and a side of bacon. The fries and bacon were good, and the chicken tenders were okay. When the waitress came back, she gave us our receipt and left, but she didn't ask how the meal was ever. It wasn't too busy in there, and as tourists I didn't want to seem too picky. Overall, it was okay, but probably wouldn't be a first choice."
