Shari's Cafe and Pies

"Service was extremely slow. The restaurant was almost empty. After we sat down it took the waitress 15 minutes to bring us our menus. The waitress came 20 minutes later to get our order. We got our food 40 minutes later just before we were about to leave. They had a special going on $5 off a certain meal which we ordered. I saw on the wall a free slice of pie if you sign up to join their club which I did. She said we couldn’t get the $5 off because of the free pie. Very rude waitress. Bad attitude and poor customer service. Also as veterans wearing our veterans gear she didn’t give us the veterans discount. I had to ask for it. Shari’s needs to be shut down and be replaced with a more popular and better restaurant. The food and service has gone to hell."

"Seems as though their quality of food has gone down and their Customer service has really gone down hill. I ordered a milkshake and it was more like a vanilla milk. She said it was measured. Well the measurements are wrong. And then when she redid it she didn't even give me A glass, She gave me instead the Metal shake container. And my boyfriend's french dip was very blan. Not impressed. Seems they cater to the gamblers. Instead of the food customers."

"We had the pie shake. The waitress was extremely busy. She was working alone and had at least 10 tables. Excellent service even though she was very busy. Shake was good."

"The servers work hard to make your visit goood and the food is made well to put a good meal in you. I love the general design and atmosphere, though the upkeep with the upholstery for one of the large corner seats near the entrance needs some serious work; It has some holes that need total replacement or heavy repair (I can only imagine a kid or customer became a handful, or a stray animal came in one night to that specific corner.). It honestly is still a very good restaurant and we are glad to go there, the prices are decent for these days and all for tasty food that will fill you up nicely and good servers that are there for you."

"This was the worst food I've had from Shari's ever.patty melt had 5 small pieces of onion and meat was over cooked. The other burger was supposed to be a mushroom Swiss bacon burger on a burger bun extra crispy bacon. I will not ever eat here again period then the bill was all wrong over priced and not one single thing was Wright about our visit."
