"Selection of meat was bad. No chopped steak. Lettuce was brown and whits, I asked for something that had green in it and she just stared at me like a deer in the headlights. I got the LAST 3 pickles. Basically, my Italian herb and cheese STALE roll was a leftover from yesterday. The sandwich just got tossed in the trash. No lunch for me today. This location once was good, but lately, it’s a mess. No one greets you when you come in the door. Sadly, I’ll go back to bringing my own lunch to the office in the future because this Subway on Allen Creek in Grants Pass is lower than substandard! Seriously, when I asked for more pickles and green lettuce, they wouldn’t bother to go in the back to restock! It appeared they were about out of everything.. it’s no wonder they now cover the meat section with that new stainless steel cover so you can’t see what you are ordering. And yes, I’ve been a customer for YEARS and I’m DONE!"

"Emily was working today and she was terrible. She made us wait while she put away all the cookies, then we order our sandwiches I get a turkey, Italian herb and cheese bread and I ordered pepper jack ( which only had a few slices of cheese in it, which I was gonna let go. But then my fiance ordered the boss and the meat balls were all dried up the sauce was almost black and burnt so she asked for a different sandwich and thats when Emily threw the sandwich into the garbage 5 feet away all mad. Then she turns around and we see a dab pen in her back pocket. So unprofessional and she left out my sandwich out cold and then tried to help another customer instead of finishing my sandwich."

"The service was great! He was friendly and helpful and really tried to engage us while making our sandwiches. I was disappointed that the veggie patty was discontinued. A sandwich without meat should be a lot less than the meat ones. The comfy benches are a nice touch."

"I loved the Turkey bacon avocado wrap I had on a spinach wrap. The lady that prepared it was so nice to me and very polite. The place wasn't very busy and she was very quick about making the sandwiches. She very good about her work and very personable to her customers and that what makes a good employee."
