"My friend and I were about to drive from Salem to Portland on a rainy Sunday evening, when our Cadillac began making a strange flapping noise, somewhere under the car. It was almost 6 PM, and we couldn’t think of what to do, but we were hesitant to make the drive in the rain without investigating. I searched on Google for someplace that offered some kind of automotive service at that hour on a Sunday night, and there was Enterprise Instant Oil Change, right near the Interstate 5 in Salem! We pulled into their service bay and explained what we were hearing. The service techs (Tyson and Dan) immediately went down and looked underneath the car. They discovered that the “skip plate” over the transmission had come loose, and they offered to make a temporary fix that could be permanently fixed by Cadillac the next day. We happily accepted, and when we tried to pay them, they declined, saying that they were just happy to help, knowing that we would now have a safe and worry-free trip up to Portland on a rainy night. I think this was remarkable service, and the only way that I can repay them is to post this review. What a wonderful business. I only wish we lived in Salem so I could patronize it more often!"

"Came here with a Groupon and the staff was beyond friendly. You stay in your car for service so you can see everything their doing and they were communicating with me through the whole process explaining which parts may need to be looked at and why. They visually showed me and explained to me what needs to be serviced. Overall a great experience and I felt like I could really trust them. Usually I hate going to auto shops because I feel like I’m being upsold but I appreciate how here they took the time to explain the charges and let me decide what gets done now as well as giving me a print out of services and prices that I may need in the future instead of making me feel like I need to do it all right away."
