"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After purchasing the wrong item, I put in a new order for the correct part late on a Thursday afternoon with overnight delivery. Not realizing that the shop was closed on Friday. The owner of the shop saw the order come in before leaving for the day. He took it upon himself to go to the post office in the next town, in order to fulfill the expected delivery time that was requested. I can't thank them enough for the exceptional customer service. Their shop will be my first choice in parts for my Mustang!"
"I have made many purchases online with WCCC but chose this time to make a 1400 mile round trip and visited them in person. I brought a van load of parts with me that needed a home. Don helped unload them, then quickly assessed the value which I spent immediately. My experience was that of respect for what Don and his employees have done for the Cougars and communities that surround the car itself. Don was more than fair and helpful of what my needs were. It was a dream come true to meet them all and spend some time talking and touring their shop and bone yard.
