"I've had an interesting experience here, sent my truck in for a diagnostic told it would be done same day, got to call at the end of the day stating they needed it for a few more days. Finally got a call saying that there's about 3,000 fot repairs, told him to go ahead. Went ahead and called them when they said my truck would be ready, they told me it would be, they sent a shuttle to pick me up and I went down, they did not fix the problem but fixed other things, told me I needed $3,000 in tires, also they didn't finish the service yet. They forgot to do something, so they had to shuttle me home and I had to come back later. Still working on getting everything resolved. Will update my review when time comes. **UPDATE** Took my truck in to get the new tires on it and get it balanced. Told I would need to drop it off so they could get it all done and have it back to me in the afternoon, I got yet another call saying they needed it overnight again... Finally got my truck and the new addon was $2100."

"Excellent - professional and pleasant. Optional shuttle service, instead of waiting, while having one's vehicle worked on. A pleasant waiting room (and restrooms), with a TV, fast WiFi, free hot beverages, and paid cold beverages and snacks machines. And, most importantly, the service is just outstanding - Roxie, the adviser whom I had the privilege of communicating with, was very knowledgeable and patient attending to my requests and replying to my questions, and just kind and warm... Thank you!!!"

"Dependable services, at prices that beat the local competitors. Had transmission service done for cheaper than what the transmission shop wanted. I paid $307 here at ford for transmission service and oil change. Local transmission shop wanted $360 then after not doing it discounted the price of i were to bring it back so they could do it for $260. Me Having the confidence in Ford to leave my vehicle at Ford for oil change and transmission service with Ford fluids.... Priceless. Well almost, at least they will take care your your vehicle like it’s their own and not have to worry that your stuff will be riffle through. I Put my Trust in Ford, for dependability and service of their Ford vehicles. Thank you Ford for your good products."
