Buick GMC Kia Service

"I’m here for all my service needs. Love that they are so pet friendly. And the coffee bar with water and snacks while you wait. Most of the staff are very nice and friendly. Not getting 5 stars due to; they don’t wash or dry the car well and they never vacuum. I’ve had Mazdas GMCs and Fords and all of them also offered a courtesy car wash with service and they actually wash and dry the car. Also after my 30K miles service (which wasn’t cheap) my check engine light was on but I didn’t have time to go back since I already spent a few hours there during service, so I called and had to schedule another visit for them to take care of the light. Which was a week later. The employee that checked me in was very condescending and rude and seemed irritated that I thought the tech just didn’t reset something after the service I had the prior week. There was nothing wrong with my car prior to that service. And of course he said it was totally unrelated and said I needed service that was going to take a long time and be costly. I would have gone elsewhere for a second opinion but I purchased an expensive extended warranty so it was covered, thank goodness. But I still had to come back again and I live pretty far so that was not convenient. And to my surprise, they didn’t have a loner car that I could use to run some errands. Instead I had to wait about 4 hours while they worked on my car. Very frustrating. Thank god for the coffee bar and snacks lol"

"I called and got an apt a few days later. When I showed up, I sat there for 5-8 min waiting for someone to acknowledge i was there. But when I was there, I felt like a woman in a man's world. They were running behind and said they might get to my car that day or not until Monday. My apt was Friday at 11, and to wait until Monday wasn't possible for a busy mom. I ended up leaving to free up 1 car time space for them and called a different dealer I should of took my car to in the first place and got right in who took the time to listen to me and try to figure out why my car was over heating."

"I had walked into Kia Service center with a complaint of my cabin air making a humming noise. I had my cabin filter looked at during a routine oil change at Valvoline and after they had reinstalled the filter my air was making a humming noise. I knew something was off so I had went back to Valvoline where they told me that all Kia Optima’s sounded like this. I knew it was wrong so I walked into Kia hoping they could help me. They were swift and were able to pin point the problem. There was a leaf in the motor and they removed it in under 5 minutes and I cannot express how satisfied I am that they knew the problem and were able to quickly fix it. It was seriously such a relief and I was able to go on about my day with no more humming noise. This is my go-to Kia service department. Every service with them has been amazing. The workers are great here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a service or having a problem with their Kia."
