"Every time I walk in I am immediately greeted by someone. The last purchase I made, Mike helped me find the refrigerator I was eyeing online. He let me brows the other selection. I also needed a new washer and dryer. We talked about various models and Mike directed to the model and style I wanted for a long time. Although it was not yet posted, there was a discount which was automatically applied to the total sale. Kelly’s delivered the next day. The two gentlemen that delivered the appliance made sure the fridge was level and properly set everything up neatly. I strongly recommend buying local. I have purchased many appliances over my Lifetime and Kelly’s beats all the chain stores in price and service. We picked everything out in less than a hour and they delivered the next day. Nothing beats this local business. They cater to the needs of the community. In you live anywhere near any Kelly’s and need appliances, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else."

He was very knowledgeable about the functions and differences of each brand and model which helped us to decide what would work for us and was so good about calling us to firm up our purchase plans and delivery date. Gary did the delivery and install and I was so pleased that he called in the morning to verify approximate time of delivery and installation and promptly arrived as discussed. He was professional and we could tell that he has a lot of experience and know how regarding installation and takes pride in what he does. Our overall experience was excellent. "The person who was to install our new microwave called early in the morning to let us know what time frame he would be over. He called right away in the morning. No wondering what time he was going to be here ( like Comcast. Wait all day ). He was here on time. He had the microwave installed in a very short amount of time. He didn’t make or leave a big mess. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the product. He was here before installing a dishwasher. Both times he did a great job! He is an asset to Kelly’s appliance. Super nice guy and we love the microwave!!!! So nice to have someone say they will be here at around 11 and actually show up at 11.
