"Paid $250 for a dryer. Dryer broke after 3 uses. Let Dave know about problem right away. I understood it was during Xmas. Gave it an extra week. Sent a message and not response. Then waited almost a month until I finally was able to get response. Was told I had to bring dryer to him. Yet I don’t own a truck. So just be aware. 90 day warranty Is good if YOU can bring broken dryer/washer to him. Ended up just buying a brand new dryer with 2 year warranty in which the store will come to my house and change out broken for a new one. Should have done that in the first place. Wasted $250. Now I have a broken dryer that I’ll have to pay for someone to take to the dump because I don’t have a way to bring it to him to get only 1/2 my money back. Cool."
