"Ryan, in computers, was amazing. He greeted us with a smile and asked how he could help us. We told him we were looking at two computers and our price range. Ryan was very knowledgeable, great communicator, and did not try to sell us on a particular laptop but gave us the pros and cons, but said it was up to us on what we decided. After talking to us, he said he wanted to show us a laptop that was out of our price range but reinforced what he was trying to explain to us. He gave us a good education and we ended up buying a more expensive laptop. He did not try to sell us the laptop or push us to buy the laptop he gave us an education. Ryan, again, is amazing and a great asset to Best Buy."

"we purchased a antenna and tried to return it and found out was a 15 day return policy and was past that. Manager Adam at Salem store said if we buy the 50.00 membership he could return 150.00 item so we said OK and then they said requires a credit card so we asked if could cancel credit card after refund for reward instead of waiting a year as it automatically renews and he got an attitude and shoved our merchandise at us and said not able to help you. I have been in the customer service industry for years and have never witnessed anything quite like this. It is amazing that best buy hires leadership to treat there customers like trash and we will never spend another penny in this store!"

"The retail associates were great, my issue is with corporate. The issue is that calling reroutes me to a national line, they promised that an item would be held under my name. I drove from Portland to Salem to find that it had been sold, not held. This is the fault of the company, not the local branch. I'm not ever going to best buy again. Y'all never have anything in stock. I'm just going with Amazon from now on."

"Bought a used Nintendo Pro Controller with mild wear on the box. It was labeled in Excellent condition and so I thought it would just be a fine 10% saved. Got home to find the controller had lots of smears around the joysticks and the right stick had major drag. They didn’t even bother to test a returned product and put it back on the shelves. Sheer lack of integrity is hilarious and I should’ve known shopping at Lancaster but whatever you live and move on."

"This Best Buy had a bunch of open-box items for sale especially in the TV section. The staff in the store were very helpful in finding and sorting the right items for us. For other electronics, they were either the same price online and slightly higher. Worth a visit if you have some sort of in-store coupon"
