"Thanks for the Dryer repair! It’s Sunday, I work for the DoD and live in Millersburg, Albany Oregon area and needed necessary items washed and dried for the week. I troubleshooted the dryer with Tim’s Guidance, also Tim let me know he could come down and provided the service call repair and was also upfront on the fees and labor. The part I needed he had in stock, I guess what the contingency to deal with his how bad do you need a repair. I could have waited however Tim replaced the root cause of the issue on top of the bad part. So I guess, we pay in the front or you cut corners and pay in the back. Tim was respectful, kind, informative and upfront! I will call Tim again for repair if ever warranted."

It was a used fridge, but we really didn't want to replace it just yet. Tim quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty computer board) and fixed it right away at a fair price. Ended up not charging me, but ultimately I’m going to be out thousands on new flooring because of his carelessness. His insurance is not covering complete replacement costs.
