"Complete waste of my time and energy communication sucked was told one then then another then another, had to give back the item rented when I even told them I was going to be late on my payment due to being out of work ill and having rent come up but I was planning to pay them the following week and they refused to let me use past rental payments towards anything like they said I could do when I first was looking but nope this was a complete waste of time for them to not even follow through with anything or make me ever feel like wanting to use services again from them at least not at this location."

"If I could give this review a -5 stars I would. I DO NOT recommend financing anything through RAC on 17th and market. Unprofessional and rude. They do not care to be respectful to their customers or defusing situations in regarding coming to my home and pounding on my door. I really hope they reconsider how they treat their customers considering this is how they pay their bills. I will never do business with them again."

"They are awesome to deal with for a payment plan. We took advantage of the 90 days same as cash. Paid it off no problem, payments were always applied accordingly. May go back to get a new couch set. Got this TV and TV stand for about $1,800."
