"Scam tactics being used in service department in cooperation with front desk employees. Parts were expected to be installed but instead were ordered, billed and left uninstalled in the front seat. Along with high labor prices that are associated with dealerships. Unless your working with a warranty (which they will try and get around so to charge you), do not bring your vehicle here"
"Nick took care of me from beginning to end. He had them repair my F150 truck the transmission needed some work but not a new one. I thought the repair was very Reasonable. Got my truck back in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to repair your vehicle."
"Very disappointed in their communication skills. Dropped my work truck off Wednesday morning they said would be done Friday afternoon at the latest. They never contacted me to let me know what was going on so I called a Friday at 4:00 to no response. Never going to call back had to go up there Monday morning ask him what was going on with my truck they said they hadn't even started working on it and that it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday so I lost an entire 6 days of work because of their communication skills"
"sent my car to lithia on Saturday. It's now been a week . No one called me and when I called they told on tuesday, that they would get the tires and have it done the next day which would have been Thursday before my dad's funeral at 3:00. It wasn't done when I called at 2:30 they said it would be ready by the time funeral was over. I stopped by to get it. No one had even started it. I called again. They said they would have it done the following day and call me. That didn't happen I called the day after that and someone rude and unprofessional answered and said yes the keys were on Ben's desk. They were asked to leave the keys in the car. .... I have seen a decline and heard how awful service has been for the last year. This is supposed to be a professional business. It's failed in every way."
