"I tore off my engine splash cover under my car when I parked too close/over a cement parking block. It was dragging on the ground and made a terrible racket.The gentleman that assisted me was awesome!. It wasn't easy getting those pieces off but, he did it and I was on my way, at least until I can get it in for part replacement and repair! I truly appreciated the help and will recommend this shop to others."
"Roger is a very kind man and a great communicator! He troubleshooted my van issue with regards to my "check engine" light, and he also let me know there were several other codes that needed looked into. After calling the extended warranty company, he was advised I had to take my car back to Lithia to complete the warranty work. Very sad, because I have not had good luck with Lithia answer my calls, plus returning them, for the past few months. His office gal is a nice lady, as well. If my van weren't under warranty, I would have had Roger fix my van. Thank you, Roger!"
