"Had to look up the service bulletins for all of my issues to make sure I was covered under warranty and not getting the shaft. They did Fix the Volvo but refused to fix the rat nest it picked up sitting on their lot waiting for service. "You can't prove its from here" and "That's nature". I even said I would pay for the part the rats destroyed if they would give me a deal on it and install it. I now drive to PDX or just do any service myself."
