"My son's (a student at OSU) car was vandalized Nov. '23. The fuel door and gas cap were stolen plus the gas tank showed more volume than when he parked it. Auto Tech drained the tank, added injector fuel cleaner, replaced the gas cap and fuel door with factory parts also added five gallons of fresh fuel. They took care of him all in one day. "Passing through Corvallis on trip to Medford. Battery light came on, and I had recently had the alternator replaced at another shop (both shops are part of the TechNet warranty program). Explained my predicament to Brittany over the phone, she said to bring it in right away. Sam (mechanic) diagnosed that the alternator was not working. Brittany spent a good deal of time on the phone getting TechNet approval to cover replacement since it had only been 1 week since initial repair. They were able to get the car fixed and back to me within about 36 hours. Warranty program covered rental car for 2 days. Can't say enough good things about the service, communication, and flexibility they all provided. Brittany, Sam and John were all extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend AutoTech for any service needs in Corvallis!"
