If you're looking to fix this problem then can I add... Maybe start spending the same amount of time reviewing this and check your items before you give them to costumers? Clearly the package had been opened but as I was told bye your sales team. It made it clear back to Vancouver then was reshipped out damaged. No one threw this whole process looked at the product?"
