"Tech at Valvoline recommended I go here to get an after market filter, or advice on how to clean it ect. He said they would help me out. So I went, and I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my entire life. The older gentleman seemed annoyed he had to put his phone down to help me, and when I asked questions he answered in short condescending answers. I have no idea why he is working in customer service, when he clearly doesn’t want to help. I will never go back, and will never recommend this store to anyone. Definitely telling the tech at Valvoline to stop recommending them to their customers."
"Great place to get parts they have most things in stock for everyday stuff and are quick on ordering things if you need prices are reasonable for the most part nothing beats Amazon but you never know the quality with Amazon plus they have military discounts and a good rewards program they even price match helped me this truck back on the road"
