"I enjoy visiting the shops when we visit Newport. Made in Oregon is no exception. Granted, the inventory doesn't change very often, but it is a fun store to visit. The staff is always friendly and welcoming when we come into the store. They are eager to answer any questions and very helpful if you need help with something. This store has an array of gifts available. There is a decent wine selection, unique wooden gifts, t-shirts & hoodies, baseball caps, unique jams, honey, sauces, souvenir's, blankets, and much more. A large selection of their products in the shop are made right here in Oregon. The only issue I've ever had with my purchases was a set of 3 bottles of wine. When I got home I had noticed that a cork was coming out of one of the bottles, and it spilled all over the box. The wine stained everything it came in contact with. I never contacted the store as I didn't think they would be able to do anything about it. That was disappointing, so I recommend checking your wine bottles very carefully prior to purchasing. Otherwise, I've always had a pleasant experience on my frequent visits. I recommend stopping by while you are walking along the bayfront!"

"I bought 2 food gift boxes from the Newport location only to get home to find most items expired. I know I should have checked the dates on the individual items but one was out on the shelves and the other was retrieved from the back by an employee. Now I’m back in my home state and out $80 and with no gifts to give. Don’t shop here!"

Fun quality made products that you aren’t going to find at a department store with Oregon in mind. The ladies that work here are fantastic and so helpful. Genuinely kind and know their job and do it with a smile. A place you can spark up a quick conversation , purchase something fabulous and leave with knowing you’re going to return."
