"I will NEVER shop at big 5 again after hearing an old guy tell the store manager that he was buying ammo with the INTENT TO KILL and HARM his neighbors pet cats. He admitted he planned to use the ammo to kill his neighbors cats! And she still sold to him! This is animal abuse/ cruelty. And the store manager not only sold the ammo to him but clearly incurages animal abuse and cruelty. This is disturbing and discusting. I can NOT believe a business would encourage such fowl behavior."

"Best customer service I have ever experienced at a Big 5. Bee was awesome! She went far above a five star rating. We were looking for shoes for my flat footed grandson. We are on vacation and his feet were killing him. She led us to a food fit for him. Give the girl a raise."

"My 3 year old and I went in just to kinda waist some time and check out the sale.. my daughter found a little back pack that she just loved so much, I didn't have much cash on me and was about $10 short. The employees went above and beyond to give us every discount they could, even more determined than I was to make sure my daughter left with the back pack she wanted ever so badly. We're very greatful and can't say thank you enough!"
