I was really impressed. (Bring your own bag, as a way of encouraging use of reusable bags, the City of Newport requires businesses to charge for providing bags; but if you forget, it's only a dime and the owner directly donates all funds from the bag fee to essential local non-profit service organizations:)"

"I walked in to browse the slime section as I was in need of some scrumptious slimy slime. A very short lady walked up to me and asked if she could help and she did very well. She showed me the pickle slime so I was like omg I love pickles. I purchased the pickle slime and walked out happy. The customer service was so good in fact I came back 3 times just to say hi to the staff and to browse the plushies. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the staff."
