I wanted to check out and order from their online store but it states the site is no longer available which is disappointing. I would love to support them and order from them. "I used to really like this shop, and several years ago I bought a coffee cup from them. It was one of my very favorite cups, so when I had the opportunity to go there again, and get another one, I did. I had only had it for a few months, when it got a crack out of the blue and started leaking. I retired it,and put rubber bands in it, and once again got another one. This time I only had it a short time when I poured my steaming hot water over a tea bag and the cup shattered, boiling water flying everywhere. Having two newer cups fail without me doing anything but use them in my daily routine, tells me they were defective. I have had dollar store mugs last longer. I tried to return the broken mugs, thinking that they might appreciate knowing that one of the products they sell was defective. I would have been happy to get credit for even one of the mugs, but she only offered me 20% off of something. She was not even close to thinking that the product was defective, but said that there is "no way of knowing" how they got broken. In my opinion, if a store has quality products, they will honor it by having a good return policy that doesn't blame the customer. I will not be returning to Wind Drift Gallery."
