I attempted to text them, but there was several minutes between texts, and what should have taken a few minutes via a normal telephone conversation, took 30 minutes or more via text. The individual on the other end was impossible to deal with over text. I refuse to do business with a company that won’t allow an actual conversation via telephone. Zero customer service."
