"If I could leave zero stars for customer service, I would. No question. This was an absolute nightmare of a month of misinformation, miscommunication (if there was any) attitude from reception and the mechanics and rental car expenses that were "Trash" Champions fault due to misorderig parts multiple times even when the description of the product ordered did not match my vehicle model. It all started as I was told my fix would "take a week, tops" and then the landslide got progressively worse after that. Not only did they mix up my vehicle with another, the wrong parts kept attemped to be installed over and over. I was told a week, and this continued for an entire month. I was not contacted via email, phone call or text about anything at all including a time frame, or anything about their mistakes. And then I was given the wrong information when I had to call in to get updates because of the vehicle mix up. I'd like to reiterate that I was the one that had to call them for updates. My brand new halogen headlights were replaced with last century incandescents or something archaic without any contact to consult my preference, causing another $100 out of pocket expense that is now having to be reimbursed. To note, the headlight on my car was replaced unnecessarily. It was a bumper and wheel well, not an entire headlight assembly. Thanks, I guess? The one thing that impressed me about getting my car back after a whole month out of commission, was that it was detailed inside and out. That was a good takeaway. Otherwise, all in all, I would highly recommend you and your vehicle steer far, far away from Crash "Trash" Champions and the ineptitude described."
