"Although Brandy may have cute clothing, the service provided is absolutely horrible. When I was in line to get a fitting room, my sister was given a room first, and I was in line for what seemed like an eternity. Despite waiting patiently in line, the worker disregarded me and provided the person behind me with a fitting room. This behavior may have been influenced by the fact that the people behind me were white. Additionally, a significant number of the staff appeared disinterested and did not want to be there. This completely ruined my experience."

"I think the people who work here are nice. I don't think most people understand the fact that many young girls feel very socially awkward and don't want to talk. Doesn't mean they aren't entitled to a job as long as they're being productive. The workers that are more social help out plenty and make up for it. I have met some of the most considerate and kind retail workers at this store but I also understand that some people's realities may not be overreactions as well. Great classic clothes for a reasonable price. Most material consisting of 70% cotton or more, often made in italy or switzerland, I never feel as though I have wasted my money at a brandy melville. Im 6"0 and this is the only place I can find baggy hoodies and sweats that aren't made too widely the fit is great"

"The clothes are nice and have reasonable prices. The service, on the other hand, was terrible. 3 girls behind the counter who were all just talking to each other about random things, acted as though we were bothering them by wanting to check out. They then proceeded to talk to each other while ringing us up, totally ignoring us, and did not even say thank you or to have a nice day."

I’m glad my daughter had no issues but they were definitely gossiping about how certain girls look like they’re stealing. huddled up together to talk about it when the store was extremely busy."

"Super cute clothes, while it is one size I do find that the clothes are pretty stretchy. They also have some really good bags & jewelry incase the clothes aren't your style. The store is a bit packed & its kinda hard to find a specific thing you are looking for but the workers are friendly. The dressing rooms are really bad though because instead of an actual door its a cloth"
