"We came in at 830pm to get the kids some hot chocolate but ended up waiting in line for 15 minutes while the girl at cash out sat and talked with her friend. They never ordered anything, just sat and talked. The girl looked back at us and continued to laugh and talk with the person in front of us. No one talked to us at any point. We ended up just pulling through. There was a complete disregard for any of the customers there. Very disappointing experience at a location my family comes to regularly. Guess I'll have to learn to love Starbucks."
