Round Table Pizza

"Came in on a Tuesday mid afternoon and the place was empty. Man that took our order was nice, the process was simple and quick. We found a table and then started to go make our salads at the salad bar. Things weren't as fresh as they should have been but we made the best of it. Pizza came out quickly and piping hot. Not a bad little spot to grab a bite to eat."

"Well, this was a disaster! We ordered online well about an hour an a half in advance to our anticipated arrival time after a full day at Wings and Waves. When I entered the restaurant there was a clearly upset customer at the counter and two other customers waiting with arcade tickets that looked quite frustrated. I remained optimistic. I had my party of 6 find a table while I waited. And waited. When it was my turn I soon found out my order was a complete mystery to them and had not been started. In the mean time there was a line forming behind me of guests and door dash pick up orders. The two employees really had no idea what to do. My heart goes out to them. There was one person cooking pizzas and one person searching through the computer for all these orders. It was a disaster. I said we'll just cancel and go. That didn't work. He didn't know how to credit my card. Someone was on the phone saying we needed to wait 30 minutes and they would come credit us. No thanks, we have a 2 hour drive and 6 hungry people. We left with no food, no credit. Supposedly we were going to receive a call to get our information and get the card credited but of course that didn't occur. We chose Round Table out of the dozen other establishments near by because they are more of a chain and with kids I figured it would be a safe bet. Boy was I wrong. We ended up eating exactly what we didn't want. Burgers and fries. Such a bummer. The interior space looks like it could be such a nice place if it were staffed appropriately. Unfortunately the salad bar looked unkempt with lettuce sitting out of the cool zone and ice built up on the sides. What a waste."

"I have grown up on Round Table Pizza. I was so excited when it opened in Newberg. At first it was great but over the years it has gone down hill. Especially in the last year. The last 3 times we have eaten here our pizza has been burnt. Today was the 4th and final time I will give Round Table in Newberg my business. They have ruined a childhood favorite."

"Absolutely the worst. Desert was served first because it “cooked the quickest” , it was burned to a crisp cinnamon twists. Pepperoni pizza had a total of 11 pieces of pepperoni. Think these pictures say it all"

"First time trying out round table and it will be my last.. pizza taste like it had been sitting awhile .. there cinnamon bread sticks ya know the soft chewy can’t wait for the next bite.. not these they don’t chew they break .. McDonald’s would have served better food"
