"Great Cold Brew! I stop in here almost daily. Gotten hooked on the Cold Brew Kicker!! Last Sunday I stopped in and the young blonde girl at the window position was amazing, wish I knew her name so I could give her credit. Rather than the standard 2 questions most of them ask, she was drawing pictures of her team on a small whiteboard and sharing wi6h customers. Now a artist she wasn't, but she did an amazing job of having a real conversation with me that was fun, upbeat and genuine. I have had some people their not talk to me at all and others act like it was a bother for them to get out of bed that day, but this young lady earned 10 stars all on her own! She deserves a raise for her creativity and energy! I would also put her in charge of training the window team members how to truly make a connection and impact someone's day. Keep up the great work mystery girl!"
