"I thought for a long time before writing this review because I know how hard it is for small businesses. This is pertaining to my fur-baby Sammie. I brought her to Brittany this morning for a bath and haircut. The hair cut looks great, and she smelled so clean, but here is my issue. Brittany cut her nails too short. One of her nails was bleeding so bad it got all over my car and floors at home. I called Brittany to let her know, and she said that she treated it with Kwik Stop. I understand mistakes happen, and her nails are black, but the injury wasn't even mentioned to me. It took a long time to stop the bleeding, and a lot of cleaning, to get all of the blood out of my seats and floors. I will not be returning, and wanted to give a fair warning to any other pet parents."
