"Scenario. Lines stacked up at self-checkout. One Checkout counter down. No way to ask for help that I could see. No visible sign for a customer service counter. No employee nearby to ask for help. I finally yelled to ask for help out of frustration. When a young lady came to help, I had no way of identifying that she was an employee. She fixed down machine and helped elderly couple who were trying to scan an item with no success. I understand that it’s hard to grind employee, BUT please make it easier to find help."
