"NO STARS!!!! If I could give no stars, I would have. After investing years of my life with my local Walgreens, here I am in my later stage of life. Of course, with that comes more Dr's and meds. It's Now that the pharmacist tells me to find someone in my area that they can no longer fill for me. What? I live less than ten miles away. No notice, nothing. I went to pick up after calling and, was told by their pharmacy staff that it was ready for pick up, left work, arrived and it was NOT ready, was told by their staff once again, that it would be a few minutes, 15 minutes later, I asked and once again i was LIED to by their staff who told me that he was in the process of filling it . Twenty minutes later, after several, several customers, waiting my place in line EACH and EVERY time, THATS when the Pharmacist told me."

"I gave one star a yr ago but since then the night shift has changed. The lady's that work at night on either shift are all very friendly. I like to go and see what price cuts they have and find good deals. Great place to coupon when your bored and everything else is closed."

"Im just only being nice by giving a star! I had a real prescription and the tech automatically assume it was not a re script! I’m already in a lot of pain so I did not retaliate at all! Then the pharmacist also act like it was not real! The script has all the information needed plus the DR lisc number as well and location!! I have always had bad experiences with Walgreens for years and I’ve always return for services! But this had drew the line for me with this issue! I thank God For CVS"

"I have dealt with Walgreens in Marksville for several years. Recently I moved to the Pineville area and needed to swap my scripts to a closer location. I started at the 28 east location and they suck. after arriving at military I was greeted by a lady name “Emily” she was super helpful and apologetic for the way 28 east treated me. She told me I could wait for my prescriptions because they would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When I checked out I dealt with a lady name “Cutie” or something to that affect, super nice and told me she appreciated me giving Walgreens a second chance. Since my time filling at this location(6-8 months) I have had no issues and really appreciate this staff."

"Garbage. They'll announce your prescription and talk very loudly in front of other customers with their opinions about what you're prescribed. (I'm referring to the old lady named Margret) The staff is so slow and have no desire to help you. They'll keep you waiting around and then after 45 minutes tell you to come back tomorrow because they can't fill it today. Watched a lot of Walgreens start closing down up North hopefully they go completely under because they can't strive to hire and keep better staff. I recommend going absolutely anywhere other than this Walgreens."
