"This hotel is absolutely beautiful and very clean! We loved the wine and cheese in the evening and fresh coffee brought to our rooms in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, considering the cost, we had higher expectations with service. A few issues came up with not receiving turndown service when requested and being told they can't always get to every room. Also, our chromcast in the room wasn't working which we later found out others had the same issue during their stay."

"We enjoyed our 3-night stay in a one bedroom suite. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the extra room to spread out. When we arrived, we were greeted by the helpful valet and the concierge, who explained the amenities to us. He even helped us secure reservations to Bar Marilou. The lobby is beautiful and the lounge area, with an honour bar, is very welcoming. Will absolutely stay here again."

"One of the my favorite hotels anywhere in the world. It combines luxury with local flavor. The staff is helpful but not intrusive. The rooms were very clean, big beautiful bathrooms, wonderful art and quiet. They delivered hot coffee and hot milk in thermoses at whatever time you requested, quietly leaving it outside your door and as someone who is allergic to feathers they are the only hotel in the U.S. that actually had the room completely feather free when we arrived. Easy to walk all over to see different parts of the city. My whole family LOVED this hotel."

"Truly one-of-a-kind, phenomenal experience at Maison de la Luz. We were wowed from the moment we walked in, until we sadly checked out this morning. Firstly, the staff from check-in, dining, concierge, and the bar were all SO helpful, friendly, and genuinely kind. The decor is STUNNING! The rooms are spacious and gorgeous, with a very comfortable bed, and beautiful bathroom. The turndown services, morning coffee delivery, and water service are really nice touches. This will be the only hotel I stay at in New Orleans! Thank you for a wonderful experience."

"This hotel was such a pleasure to stay out. Where do I even begin. * The rooms are gorgeous and unique. The details in the bathroom, from the tiling to the tub and the snake shower handles make it feel so special. * The living room is so cozy and relaxing. The evening snacks are such a nice touch. * The little room connecting the hotel and the speakeasy is intimate and unique. It was so nice going down there to unwind after a long day.
