"Special financing to purchase equipment. Year later the plug goes out and they charge me $150 to fix a $13.99 part without notifying me that the 3 mins of changing the plug would cost $150. Called and they did a one time waiver and offered a service package that was supposed to be included but I was informed only for one year."

This is the first time we had to have repair service where we were sent a technician who completely understood our wired alarm system. He was efficient, professional, courteous and respectful. He quickly had our system up and working after being down since 9/1/21 due to Hurricane Ida. After he completed his work he gave us a quick tutorial on our detectors. He went above and beyond. Acadian should be proud of his work! I forgot the technician's name and it was not on my invoice #856199 but he is knowledgeable and a quick and clean worker. He is definitely a keeper!"
