"Managers before me obviously had bad business with them, so I called to have all invoices emailed to me so I could get them paid; only to get the run around and no call back."
"Don’t waste your time with Tom. He is the worst person you want to build your pool. There is nothing done right on my pool. Pool deck cement looks like a blind person finished it. The plaster is horrible, black spots in it. The lights don’t work. Never explained to us how to run the system. After paying Tom over $70,000, had to finally get someone else to come and get the everything working, cost me another $5,000. Tom would sit on my patio and drink beer while watching his guys work. He was always drunk and had whatever young girl he had picked up the night before with him. Do yourself a favor and do not let him build your pool."
"I could write a book on the bad service received from this company!!!! Tom is very arrogant and ugly! He had his workers break the lock on our fence to get into the yard even after we told them a time we would be home. They hire cheap laborers who don't speak English, so the poor guys couldn't explain what was going on after my husband came home in an uproar because they broke the lock. We had the pool liner replaced in our pool, and after about 2 months or so, the liner was coming up. They put a pump in the well because it was full and water was getting under the liner. Once the water was pumped out, the liner had wrinkles in it because they didn't take the time to fix it properly. I sent them an email of what it looked like after their guys left, and I still haven't received a response. I can go on and on, so please take my advice and use another pool company."
