"Outside needs a face-lift .inside was stocked full with essentials. Food, body care, nice sized party section, cleaning and gift cards to everything you could imagine. Cashier was friendly and efficient I saw her working hard on a few things while shopping and as I was checked out she concentrated on my items."

"Every time I enter this particular Dollar General it’s stocked well, clean and very friendly employees. The manager makes sure all sales items are available, within reach of customers and never afraid to work themselves!"

"The lack of give a shif is so low by the staff it's impressive. I regularly go to the other locations (10-12 minutes) in town even though this one is only 2-3 minutes for me. I get that working here is not the greatest but you should have lines forming with no teller up front for minutes on a regular basis, you shouldn't have customers stocking the coolers if they want a beverage cooled the next time they are in, you shouldn't park your car in one of the five rehular spots up front forcing customers to walk across the parking lot throughout the day went it's busy. It not just one working doing these things but a culture of this behavior at this location. I've come to this location 15 minutes before closing time and had them closed forcing me to drive 12 minutes to another location. When I asked them what time this store I was told they where supposed to be open. With as many people in need of work I don't understand why this behavior is accepted by management. This location would benefit from a truly random visit by a regional or district manager. Hell if Corporate just did an audit over the camera system for a day they would see these things if they paid moderate attention to what was going on in the store. This reminds me of the worse cases I saw of Union workers when I worked up north, and even then they had better work ethics. Update 2-15-2021: Store Closed during regular business hours again. 3-6-2021: Improvements I've observed are that staff no longer appears to park directly upfront and they seem to be honoring posted hours again. However only time will tell for the latter."

"The store was clean and we'll organized. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Melanie was super kind and she made my shopping trip much nicer than most other mundane shopping trips. Great store!"

"This store now has better management and workers than it originally did. All staff are helpful. They do not sell white beans or pizza mix. (Jiffy pizza mix would be nice) Sometimes they run out of rice but it a Southern store where rice is a daily staple. I love how the post sales on the local Facebook group."
