"I called Doug’s because my generator light was red. They called this a service call. The tech got here and was super friendly, but was here no longer than 2 min by the generator. I got charged 150$ plus tax to tell me the switch was turned off and he turned it back on. I don’t think the cost for a call out should be this high if they are at someone’s house less than 5 min. The only reason they were here additional time was for the payment."

"Terrible! Doug's tech managed to break my blower in the process and then tried to make me believe it never worked. Original call was only to light the furnace. Technician told me I needed to replace multiple parts, but after getting a second opinion from Down South Electric & A/C, LLC it was found that the technician from Doug's rewired my blower wrong and that the thermocouple was the only issue. The technician from Down South Electric & A/C, LLC completed the work and was very skilled at his job. I tried calling Doug's multiple times to speak to the service manager but they never called me back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Doug's for any A/C & Heating work."

The problems were diagnosed right away, our family was informed of the price, and everything was taken care of in one day. Thank you so much for taking care of our needs and being so professional and personable at the same time!! We will definately be a returning customer!"
